Felipe Gnecco

Felipe Gnecco is the founder of Paz y Gol, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming worn-down sports fields into vibrant areas and community hubs where kids can learn and play safely. As a former college athlete in the United States, Felipe experienced the transformative power of sports firsthand. Soccer taught him how to fail, face adversity, and overcome challenges. These lessons fueled his belief that providing kids with the opportunity to have a safe place to play is about building a brighter future.

The discipline, resilience, and focus he developed through sports are the same qualities that gave him the confidence to take on difficult challenges like building a nonprofit from the ground up and now preparing to go to law school. He believes every child deserves the chance to learn and grow through sports, just as he did. Felipe launched Paz y Gol to create access to that kind of growth where these opportunities are normally missing.
